I had a pleasant stay at this hotel just outside Birmingham on the 28th of November 2017, right across the street from a small shopping complex with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were very nice and comfortable but often needed to be dusted and aired before renting. The service was excellent and very helpful, though they seemed unconcerned about their lack of options. The location was great for a quick, quiet one-night getaway, very convenient to all destinations in the area and near Birmingham Hilton for a much lower price.

The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room, and there was water on the kitchen floor upon check-in. The room we booked based on the nice and well-appointed pictures on the website turned out to be perfect for our one-night stay with two double beds.
